How to use
1. Bring water to 85–90°C (not full boil — preserves volatile oils in peppermint )
2. Put 2 teabags in a teacup add about 300mls of the boiling water over the teabag. cover to brew for 10 -15mins.
3. After this, squeeze the teabag and discard. 4. sip tea slowly. 5. prepare tea 2- 3 times daily 30 -60mins before each meal

Dosage: Adult: 2 Tea bags morning and 2 Tea bags Night. 30-60 minutes before each meal.
Children: 12 years and above – 1 Tea bag morning and 1 Tea bag at night 30 – 60 minutes before each meal.

Caution: Not recommend for children below 12 years.
